[CLIENT] Champion bans or picks stay at 0 seconds

I was getting ready for a game of Ranked, and someone in chat said "ban xin pls". Our first banner clicked Xin but did not ban it. At least, not in my screen. I was looking at my friend's computer, and the banning was running normally. It was then my turn to ban, and I still only saw Xin Zhao about to get banned, with a 0 pasted next to the banner. My friend was in queue waiting for another game, as by then I had to wait a 30:00 minute Leaver Buster for a bug that wasn't even my fault.
