2 glitches

This has happened to me for a third time and it happened to the adc i was supporting last night. The loading screens sometimes freezes during the load and even though everyone else is already in game, you are stuck on it. you have to completely close out of league to get back in you can't just exit the loading screen and hit reconnect.

The second thing might be intentional and it doesn't really matter that much. I recalled with low health and wanted to buy mana pots but i accidentally bought health pots, when i undid my buy of the health pots my health went back down to where it was when i bought the health pots directly after i recalled. I only see this being an actual problem if there is a tank trying to buy and get health back while the enemy is in your base, because then you have to wait even longer for your health to come back if you bought the wrong item in a hurry and undid it.

tlrd^ i bought heal pots at store, meant to buy mana pots, when i undid the health pot buys my health went down to where it was when i bought the heal pots. only a problem for tanks that recall with low health and dont want to wait for their health to regen.
