[GAMEPLAY] Katarina Bug - Q and Ulti and Auto Attacks not working!

Apparently my LolReplay did not record my game but, Katarina has a bug I've noticed plenty of other people has witnessed this bug. Towards the end of my ranked game I could not Q or Ulti or even Auto Attack. It started to work again after I died. Please fix this problem and if needed Disable Katarina. She is my all time favorite champion, and I would like to start playing her again. If anyone can help me with proof because my video did not record please help me out.
