I was just playing an ARAM and this Panth was ulting into bushes with no visual effect like a Nunu ult. I checked the patch notes, and unless I just missed something the opposing team should still be getting the visual from his ult.

No. It shows even if you don't have vision in the bush. It's a bug from targeting off of the playable area. Please don't come to the bug thread claiming a bug is game mechanics. It needs to be fixed.
FoulMonkey1 votesJust checked SR and it's there too. Ult offscreen into the side lane bushes on the corners and it bugs. Checked old threads and apparently it's been around for a while. Might want to look into it because it is pretty exploitable.
