Panth ult not visible in bushes

I was just playing an ARAM and this Panth was ulting into bushes with no visual effect like a Nunu ult. I checked the patch notes, and unless I just missed something the opposing team should still be getting the visual from his ult.

Just checked SR and it's there too. Ult offscreen into the side lane bushes on the corners and it bugs. Checked old threads and apparently it's been around for a while. Might want to look into it because it is pretty exploitable.
