[CLIENT] Player in chat but no longer on the team in Teambuilder
I saw this happen a few times back when teambuilder was released, but after not seeing it for about a year, it just happened again in a game I was playing on my smurf. Basically, a player joins the team. It shows later on that they have left the game, and their slot becomes open again. However, the player in question does not see these changes, cannot see new people entering the lobby, and can still chat with the team until the game starts.
I assume this is a pvp disconnect or otherwise network related, however it has not happened to me. I've only seen it in relation to others in the lobby.
