Draft Matchmaking is broken and needs to be fixed

when i que with gold - low diamond players i do fine. i cant carry higher than gold but i can hold my own at least and contribute to the team, games are actually a blast to play. so why exactly when i que by myself am i getting qued with people fresh out of bots? im talking level 30 mastery level 12 i have picture of this and its total bs. i have a higher than 50% winrate and have been playing for years so WHY THE F*** AM I GETTING QUED WITH NOOBS? i just had a adc lock in kayle because the enemy team locked in the new mord. KAYLE. IN BOTLANE. AGAINST A TARIC SONA. because and i quote "i'll counter mord" who was TOPLANE. jg picked fiddlesticks and then DIDNT GANK just afk farmed all game and surprisingly he STILL managed to do more damage to enemy champs at the end of the game than the toplaner who never left her lane. the whole game. WHY AM I GETTING QUED WITH THESE PEOPLE nearly every single game? despite all their bs i STILL manage to irk out a +50 winrate. so why tf is it after YEARS of playing im STILL getting these players on my team? i've flat out have had other people tell me i shouldn't be getting qued with them and asking me why tf my mmr is matching with them and i dont have an answer because it SHOULDN'T be!
