Losing Connection on Initial Loading Screen

Ever since the last patch update, my client drops connection on the initial loading screen at the start of every game. And I do mean every game. It will happen at least once and as many as four times before I can successfully enter the game. I don't drop connection once I have finally gotten into the game. The pop up window tells me to check my internet connection, but I've managed to get into every game simply by pressing the reconnect button. I have not actually had to reset my internet connection or tamper with any security settings at all. I successfully get into every game, though sometimes as late as the two minute mark (quite detrimental if I happen to be the jungler). I'm somewhat at a loss as to how this continues to happen since there is nothing I can think of that would only disable my initial attempt at connection. If I couldn't connect ever would be an easier issue to comprehend.

I have used the Initiate Full Repair button twice, but the issue persists.
