[GAMEPLAY] Cho'gath's Ult Indicator Not Working

I have yet to confirm that this happens on the rift, since I discovered it on TT, but a teammate of mine refused to go into a fight because "your ult isn't up," when it clearly was. After a little experimenting, we figured out this was because when you use Feast on a minion or monster and get the 50% CDR, the green ult indicator on your character portrait doesn't reappear until the original cooldown is reached. So for a not-insignificant amount of time, your teammates cannot see that your ult is up.

To reproduce:

1.) Start a game with a friend who can report the appearance of your ult indicator. 2.) As Cho'gath, use feast on a minion, halving the cooldown. 3.) Wait until your ult is back up, ask your friend if they can see that your ult is up. 4.) It will not appear to them until the original cooldown duration (prior to the halving) is reached.

The issue has been reproduced on my end every game I've played Cho'gath on TT. I have yet to try it on the rift.
