Anyone else have this problem?

Occasionally i have this glitch in my first game of the day where I can not unlock my camera and i also have to double click for any action to happen. (level up skill, open shop, buy item, move, use a skill, everything) The only way i knew to fix it was by leaving the game and reconnecting which work the first time most of the time. But now with the new leaver remake system i can't do that and am constantly put in lower priority. i've also been told by other they've had the same problem...riot please fix this
