double click and camera lock bug combo [gameplay?]

There is this reoccurring bug when in my first game of the day i can not unlock my camera and i have to double click for any action. i normally fix it by disconnecting and reconnecting but by that point you're behind not to mention with the new leaver remake i can't get out of lower priority ques since i have to leave to fix the bug before i can play. I have talked to some other that were having the same issue as well. it only happens in the first game after loging on unless the bug goes unfixed through out the game then it will happen in the following game. it happens about every third or fourth time i log on to play. please look into it riot.
