Remake Broken

So I was playing a game on my smurf, and this guy wasn't connected ever since the game started. At 3 minutes I tried to /remake but it says "one or more players must not be connected" something like that, and so remake didn't go off. Well that guy wasn't connect at all since the start and he reconnected around 36 minutes in, so he wasn't in the game at all
