leaver buster glitch

My game client crashed while I was in a premade and the leader kept attempting to start queue and the game continued to register me in the team, even after closing the client and restarting. I was at the home screen and suddenly I get a message saying careful you're declining too many games and then 20 seconds later it gives me leaver buster for not accepting a game. I wasn't in the queue but it registered that I was still in the premade and wasn't accepting their games. Come on riot, how does this happen? please fix it, or at least get rid of my leaverbuster please.
