Yasuo not getting correct critical strike % 13+13 does not equal 25%

Probably a rounding problem.

Your crit runes probably don't add up perfectly to 3%, but is closer to 2.5% crit, and gets rounded up to 3%. Then you double that amount, and doubles based on the 2.5% crit chance, which gives you 5% crit chance. Add up crit chance from what I assume is a brawler's glove in your items, you go from 13% to 25% because the game rounded your crit chance differently for each case.

No, but 12.5% + 12.5% = 25% and 12.5% would round to 13%.
