[Gameplay] Can't buy Needlessly Large Rod on Dominion

I know that only a few people play dominion, but this is still gamebreaking.

With 1600 gold, while on my way to purchase Luden's Echo (as I saw it in the store), I cannot buy NLR. I'm unsure if you can even buy Echo on Dominion.
