well i got hit by the q after he activate the second q effect i wait let it hit me then flash over the wall and somehow it still followed me it happened 2 times and i know i i waited long enough on the second q because the damage was dealt then i flashed but he still followed

To be honest, it was probably a connection issue. Sometimes you see things earlier / later than they happen. So maybe you lagged and lee wasn't as close as you had thought? Remember flash is literally instant. summoner 4
