i was playing an aram as yorick and my W minion glitched and was unkillable for the remainder of the match. it would follow enemy champs and deal 30 damage/hit even if i was dead. when i respawned it would port back to me until i was in range of something for it to latch onto

I too have seen this bug, I can't speak to the leashing part. I put in a ticket and they told me to post here.
Video of it in action. Can't lifesteal from it, and it does damage you as well as structures/minions. I pulled Yorick in an ARAM, and I was unable to reproduce. I was using a different skin though.
