ALRIGHT, So, the other day I was playing as

. In a game between friends and every time he blinded me I tumbled and my aa went through.
After some thinking I was able to get a full Silver Bolts proc off through his blind, Auto (blinded), Tumble, Condemn.
I need to check and see if this works on other blinds because atm this means any game I see a teemo i'm going vayne, most likely vayne top. (no images/videos atm, if anyone can assist that'd be helpful)
Problem is not teemo, problem is how blind is designed. If you look at Quinn blinds it's horrible how situations seem to be bugging but actually how blind works is when it's effective the auto attacks wont deal damage but if you run buffs like red buff or even better sheen's passive it'll deal damages... As an old Quinn player, I stopped playing her when Kalista was released because Kalista aa are imune to all effects (malzahar ult dont stop her, bard stun dont stop her, taric stun dont stop her) except knock air bones and riot is totally ignoring it.
