[clients] cant finish the mission watch and learn iii

I am really in an awkward spot because I have finished i and ii part of the mission. What is more awkward is that I have finished it on my another account. Does anyone have the same problem? And what is potential reasons for the problem? I have checked the following reasons:

1. After logging in it says I log in properly and the mission reward is set up correctly;
2. I have watched both the live game and VoDs;
3. I don't think it is a delay, or it is a delay for more than 24 hrs;
4. The account switch might be the problem, but I have finished part i and ii in the same way.

BTW I am not smurfing and boosting, I am just practicing roles different from my main role on a different account.
