Connection Error

So i just reinstalled League and for some reason it wont log on my account on EUNE but if i go on EU West it's perfectly fine. I checked my email in case i was banned and i didn't recieve any mail except for my rp purchase. What do i do? Someone pls help. P.S. it displays this message: Connection Failure: Unable to connect to the PVP.net server.
