The name and lvs and blurred for me

I dont know why or of this is even the place to put this event but whenever i go into game the summoner names and lvls of champions are blurred whenever i go int game i ask others to see if it is the same for them but it seems to completly fine on their end i dont know if this is something with my own client but all i do is go into game thats how it is please provide insight on this issue Lord Rito
