@Riot I dont know what did you change recently in your game but this is absolutely atrocious.

Ever since the new one or two patches, each time i play a game, ping jumps to unreasonable hights. This only happenes in games against real people (aka not customs vs only bots), and started very recently. I had absolutely nothing changed related to my internet connection or ISP. I play only through Wi-Fi and i'm used to packed loss or ping spikes. But not to thousands of ms, almost every single game. I almost never have anything else working in the background when i play league. I repaired the client multiple times. I have lowest possible settings in game and of pc in general (things like disabling Win7 Aero and so on) Nothing helps. The game is unplayable for me in its current state.
