I did not receive my mastery token

I just got an S- on shaco and I did not receive a token. I understand I need 2, but wasn't I supposed to receive a token?

Are you going for mastery 6 or 7? If it's 7 then you require an S or above.

What game mode were you playing? You are unable to get mastery level 6/7 tokens on ARAM, TT, or any rotating game modes, you can only get them on normal and ranked SR matches.
