Bought RP but not showing up in my account?

So i bought 10$ worth of RP, it says the payment went through and everything it took the money out of my paypal but i dont have any RP on my account? i then went and purchased 5$ of RP to test maybe the first payment didnt go through but the same thing happend the rp isnt going to my account, rito can u fix this pls?
