Very often disconnects because of LoL servers?

I'd say maybe 10 times a day i get disconnected from games and it's so frustrating and annoying. I have an average of 30ms per game, and i have new internet. It is not my internet's fault because every time i disconnect, i go on chrome and discord and it works perfectly fine. Also, the game will NEVER reconnect my by itself. One time i thought the game would reconnect me so i let it keep going, and surprise surprise: it didn't. It was a 40 minutes 3v3 game where i went 0/0/0 and it never reconnected. I finally clicked escape and exit game and the game was done. That meant the game continued trying to reconnect me to a nonexistent game. Every time i disconnect i click escape and exit game and it works fine, but usually a minute later it does it again. This also happens with 3 of my friends. Whenever we "disconnect," discord wont let us hear others, but we can still talk and the others can hear. I honestly don't know why or how this happens, but it would be greatly appreciated if someone could help me. Thanks a lot, Gavin.

Edit: The reconnect system never works or has worked for me. It also didn’t work for my friends. I don’t know if it’s a coincidence or if it just doesn’t work but it doesn’t work for us

Edit 2: Its been more than a month now, and its not gotten any better, nor have i gotten any help for it. Hopefully this will make it more noticeable. I just played a ranked game, and guess what? Couldn't even load into the match. During the loading screen, it said i had 19ms. This is not okay. Either im being lied to hard core on what my ms is, my league is broken, or the league servers are broken. Im getting constant 4 bars of wifi, but yet i disconnect, leave (since the reconnect system doesnt work, nor has it ever workes), try to reconnect, doesnt let me reconnect, leave again, says, "network error...." blah blah blah, and leave for good since at this point, its 10 minutes into the game, and a level 1 irelia is just going to feed a level 9 jayce with over 100 cs and 2 towers down already. Riot, please, either fix servers, recommend me something to do, or anyone really, just help me. At this point, i'll do anything. I'll uninstall and reinstall if i really need to or download anything.

Edit 3: I am losing lp and my rank because, excuse me, but this game's servers are dog shit. I have no internet problems at all. I have bought a wifi repeater, and i have gotten new wifi. Literally did nothing. I still get disconnects everyday and im losing my damn ranks because this game has bugs. I have made another account and i never get disconnects on that one. Why do i only get disconnects on this profile? Is it set up wrong? Is it random? What? Please, please help me.
