Riot Support bugging out w/ rioter, The FunderFaker

I had a conversation with a riot IT guy about my current client/patching issues and there was no response for an entire day. I tried reloading the page to make sure and nothing, so I write a response asking for an update and the entire conversation was erased. I reloaded the page again to there being an update at 5pm yesterday, but when i opened it, the old conversation reappeared but no message from The FunderFaker was there nor was my request for an update. I don't even know how to get past a bug in the place I'm supposed to go to fix bugs. [zombie-brand-mindblown]
