Ekko Passive indicator

The glimmering affect that Ekkos passive has when the third hit is applied doesnt last as long as it should due to the length nerf.

Passive - Z-Drive Resonance COOLDOWN ON THE SAME TARGET 3 seconds ⇒ 5 seconds

The indicator only lasts 3 seconds although it should be 5. This is fine on champions as it has the ring around the base of their model but on jungle creeps it can be difficult to see when the cooldown is off as the effect ends early.

EDIT: I realise that the glimmering affect indicates the slow from his passive but there really needs to be some indication on the cooldown of it for jungle monsters as Ekko jungle now has to watch the debuff bar to see when he can hit his passive again.
