Evelyn Charm Mutes/Reduces Game sounds?
Ingame sounds basically get so low that its almost mute when evelyn charms me? Is this intended?

Yeah it's pretty intended, similar when you're playing eve and going invisible, the sound slow down, reduces and echoes.
