[Gameplay] King of clubs Mordekaiser frame drops

We just played a ranked game and the enemy team had a King of clubs Mordekaiser and everytime he was in my cam i had framedrops, it wasnt only me,my teammates and enemies had it too

Seems to be a continued issue. It's been reported for a number of patches, but the cause seems to be quite elusive. It's not only that skin, I've had the problem with Morde on a few skins, and have seen reports of it by others as well.

Hopefully the problem can be tracked down and fixed before he becomes a strong meta pick again.
