Champ Select Masterie Bug

Also i started to search for a Ranked game and wanted to play jungle Udyr but when i was in the select and tryied to change my masteries this happend and i got kicked out lost points and jeah all that stuff... this really shouldnt happend ... !!!

The picture is rather unclear, could you describe exactly what happened(f.e the game froze, the x in the top didn't work I couldn't reach the x, the resolution changed)
