won counted as a loss in series

I've just played my first series match (B1 -> S5), which I won. But on the overview screen I got a checkmark on the first spot and a cross on the second spot. Please mind that this was my first match I played in this series, so there shouldn't be anything on the second spot. Does anyone know what's going on? Thanks in advance :D

As you can see i haven't lost any recent ranked games, so I really don't get the cross.

PHOTOSHOP! just kidding. Check it again? exit league and log back in. The first win could of been from entering your promos a second time.

I've found another strange thing:

In this screenshot you can see I have a "Hot Streak" emblem, even though it says I got a loss my first match (which I never played). And on the right side it says "This person will be promoted if they win 2 game(s) in this series!'', which isn't right, because I have to win 3 out of 5
