Camera Unlock/Lock Bug

At random times throughout the game, when I'm toggling locked-unlocked camera to look around, my camera will glitch and be stuck in the unlocked state to where I can't lock it/reset it unless I press the space bar. At that point, the camera becomes further glitched in LOCKED mode to where I CAN'T unlock it at all until I die. This is very annoying because then I can't click around the map to see what's going on, just a bunch of champions on the minimap, which makes it hard to decide if I should help or not based on health bars. PLEASE fix this as soon as possible. This bug is huge for affecting my ranked gameplay :l

That has happened to me a few times making me fall back in the game which can be very frustrating, what i think is causing it is when you alt-tab/command-tab out and in it causes the buttons on the hud to have a problem configuring back to what they were doing.
