i can't log on stuck on "logging on...". some users i seen have the same issue cant play league for months. -need help asp freaking out haha

I got same problem on 2 laptops. Stucked at "logging in" I tryed to -Reinstalling game, -Disabling firewall, -Disabling antivirus, -change DNS and nothing fixed the problem. item 3070
