Sometimes High Noon Jhin's enemies appear marked when they aren't

With regards to Jhin's W, I notice that sometimes enemies appear marked, but when I W them, they aren't rooted. This isn't me screwing up my W timing; the mark STAYS THERE when I W them. Clicking on an enemy doesn't show the "Caught Out" debuff either unless they are actually Caught Out, so I could discern whether enemies are marked that way. However, you generally don't left-click on enemies and look at the tiny debuff in the upper-right screen when you're trying to land a clutch W.

Not sure if this is a High Noon Jhin problem or just a Jhin problem in general. It's sporadic, too; sometimes enemies that aren't marked don't appear marked, but sometimes they do.

This is odd, definitely a bug, and has caused me to burn my W to no effect more than once. Can someone please fix this?
