My ranked Ladder is not showing up

I don't know why but my ranked ladder hasn't been showing up after preseason started. I have tried initiating full repair, allowing league on both private and public networks tried reinstalling the game as well. I also deleted any kind of antivirus software I was using but nothing has been working and the ranked ladder information screen just keeps buffering. Does anyone know how I can solve this? I would really like to see the players in my rank and where I stand on the ranked ladder as well. It is the same for both the accounts that I currently have. This is in the North American server. Any help would be appreciated.
