My screen just froze and i cant choose my champion

Riot WHAT THE FUCK !!! like i went into draft pick played 2 games before had a great time 3rd game in i go in everything is ok and all of a sudden i cant choose any champs i cant even fucking ban them . as a result i got a 13 min ban Like Cmon riot whyyyy what can i do to get rid of this stupid shit and also my internet isnt bad as well
