This looks so weird. Please fix asap. And if cant then reduce the length of the cape. Jesus this looks bad.

Hi!

Unfortunately, this is a side effect of character inking, a system we don't have a ton of control over. In order to "resolve" this issue (it's more of a workaround), you'd need to turn off character inking in your video settings.

Can the cape made to fly less so that it doesn't go outside the area inking is done? Or maybe make the cape shorter.

I know the team had tried a few options, but it detracted from the overall look/feel of the skin. I know they also tried to see if they could override the character inking with no luck. I can catch up with them again, but based on what they'd tried already, I'd say it's not super likely there's another change they'd be able to make that wouldn't conflict with the aforementioned efforts.
