Fnatic Corki Propeller Bug

When Fnatic Corki is stationary his propellers spin perfectly, but when he moves they dont spin at all properly. It is evident that this is a bug because they try to spin, but all that happens is a choppy lagg-like animation. Although this may only be a minor animation bug which does not affect the gameplay, it is still something that I would like to see fixed.
