Katarina Bug [GAMEPLAY]

This bug happened to me on the live servers and on the PBE server, both occurrences happened within 2 days of each other. The bug is where you can't use your Q or B until you die. At first I thought it had to do with Zhonya's because my hourglass was on CD when the bug happened the first time. But the second time it happened I didn't even have Zhonya's yet. It might have something to do with ignite? I know I used it right before the bug occurred the second instance. I had Luden's Echo both times I think, and Sorc boots, and the second time I had a Needlessly Large Rod. I'm not sure if that has anything to do with why this is happening but please try to fix this. It's very annoying lol. Oh and when I say you can't use your Q or B, you can't even use your mouse to use the abilities. I ignited Sejuani if that has anything to do with it, she might have been in the first game, I just can't recall. And I think I got two kills then tried moving on to kill Sej, I ignited her, was unable to Q, then jumped on her and ended up getting the assist.
