[GAMEPLAY] Nocturne's Spell Shield not blocking Dragon's Knockback on Liftoff

I don't know if this is true for other spell shields, such as Sivir's and Banshee's Veil. However, I know Morgana's Black Shield will prevent the displacement.

I am not sure if that's intended, but it seems like it shouldn't be happening.

To recreate:

  1. As Nocturne, get into the Dragon Pit (make sure you're in range to be knocked back).
  2. Cast Q or E, then cast W as the Dragon begins to come upward.
  3. The W shield will not be consumed and Nocturne will still be knocked back.

As long as I've played Nocturne his spell shield hasn't ever blocked the knockback, I don't think it's suppose to; however, you can block a dragon attack with spell shield to get the attack speed bonus.

I just find it highly unusual that the Dragon can do that.

I know about the spell shield blocking autos. That was actually done shortly after the stacking dragon buff was released because champions like Pantheon and Fiora were able to solo it pretty early by blocking those autos. Changing it to a spell means Dragon bypasses those, but is now affected by spell shields.
