Mad Scientist Ziggs Bug [Missing Bombs]

I recently played a game against a Ziggs that had the Mad Scientist skin equiped. Some point in the game I was unable to see the bombs/bottles thrown by him other than his satchel charge. In the video, I posted you can see that you can't see the glass bottles that are supposed to appear. Not really sure what caused this bug as it just randomly happened. Seeing his "e" was pretty easy just when he threw his "q" it was sometimes hard to notice.
