Warwick Blood Hunt Bug

Warwick is supposed to run faster towards low health enemies with his Blood Hunt.

Several times I am running towards low health enemies after attacking them and I am getting severely slowed. The enemy easily outruns me. It is almost as if they have CC'd me, but they are champions that have no CC.
