[Gameplay] Teemo's W (Move Quick) Cancels the Homeguard Enchantment

I was playing Teemo and I bought the homeguard enchantment for my boots. Whenever I left the fountain without activating w, the homeguard enchantment worked and I got its movement speed buff. But when I left base with w activated, the homeguard enchantment didn't work, and I only get the Move Quick's movement speed buff.
