Wooglet's Witchcap Bug?

All right, now I don't know if this has already been discussed on the forums, but I couldn't find anything on it. So, I noticed not long ago on a* Twisted Treeline*(3vs3) game, that I wanted to see exactly how much AP I was receiving from the* Wooglet's Witchcap Passive*, but to my horror it showed a big fat 0. At first I thought it was giving me nothing but after I did a couple of calculations I realized that it was in fact giving me AP (thank god) and that it was just not showing how much exactly. I tried multiple games to see if there was a difference but I saw none. It even showed 0 AP on an enemy's Wooglet's. I took multiple screenshots to prove all of this. Anyone got any advice on what I should do? Is there nothing to do but wait?

3v3 isn't the main competitive scene, it sees very few changes to even the smallest things. Wait it out, eventually someone from rito will notice

I been noticing the same problem, and its not just 3v3 but also ARAM and dominion too. Have not played 5v5 in awhile so not sure if affecting that too.
