Problem with my Direct X

Please may someone help me out im having a big problem with game, evertime I start of a game after champion selection, game crashes and says I need to update my graphic card but I perfectly know I did, Ive tried many things solving problems such as : redownloading game 2 times, switching windowed to 1 but know that I have redownloaded it when I go LeagueOfLegend/Configuration/Game and open game in notepad I cannot even see windowed anymore , really if a person can help me find a solution and MAKE it work, you will get a free summoner icon of your choice!
