Problems(I need help)

I have two main problems, would be nice if someone from riot supp can help me casue i tried it by a support ticked and it dint worked

1. all my friends were removed from my friend list to my block list, now i had removed them from the block list but now there are no friends on my ist and i dont know all their summoner names... 2.i got an 20 min que bann for 5 games cause idodged... i dont know why. i went into champ select and my internat shutted down in champs select, i thaught i have dodged then cause i lost my conection but then if i logged me in again i hade a leaverbuster... pl riot games support contact me ore help me otherwise with this problems, ty <3 ^.^
