[Client] [In-game UI] [Loading Screen] [Gameplay] 4 bug combo

Bug #1 (Loading): The game takes an absurd time to load, crashes, and properly loads the 2nd time. Happened twice in a row, once before 9.2 and once after. Nothing new downloaded aside from a single low resolution picture. No changes made to anything, no skins changed, same champion I've been playing since 2015 (Bard). Loaded roughly 4 minutes in to each match.

Bug #2 (In-Game, UI): Been happening a long time, instead of showing a teammates ultimate is ready, the circle is black when ready. Confuses me until I remember it's a bug and they aren't just level 5 or something. Happens seemingly at random.

Bug #3 (Client): Just won a game and did not receive First Win or the Icon mission.

Bug #4 (Gameplay): Pathfinding made me take the long way? I was mid lane, blue side (south side?) outer turret. Clicked and held on an enemy who was in that spot between Tri-bush, and red bush (outside dragon pit). Logically I would start walking through our jungle but it made me start walking into the river almost at the direction of red (north) side's blue buff. I didn't die or lose anything because of it, my adc died to that enemy without a chance of me getting there anyway. I'd be willing to download the replay to show exact locations if it comes down to it (note to self: Probably the 4/14 Bard defeat, definitely an Ashe with a skin involved)
