[GAMEPLAY] SG Jinx pentakill line doesn't play consistently

See title. Friend and I were playing SG duos last night. He got a penta in a bot game (the one from 10/10 that lasted 25:30 and I played SG Janna) and he didn't hear the SG Jinx quote. I did, but it was delayed by over a minute. Played another bot game (I was SG Lulu). Got him another penta. No line at all on either of us. So we played a custom, I used SG Janna. 2 of us with 5 beginner bots (we wanted to hear the line okay?). We got him six pentakills. No line on a single one for either of us.

This occurred on multiple games. He's in Queens, NY on a laptop, I'm in Vegas on a desktop. Totally different ISPs and networks, same behavior.
