Strange bug.. Anyone ever see this?

So I was trying to queue up today, and I ran into strange bug where I couldn't see ANY champion icons, among other things. I had no choice but to dodge because I had no idea who I was banning, who was banned, or who anyone was picking including myself. I'm doing a repair on the client right now to check for corrupted data/files, but I didn't do anything to my PC or the games files that would cause this to happen.. Check it out.
