(gameplay) Yordle Snap Trap delay

i dunno if this is intentional but ive been noticing that caitlyns w ,yordle snap trap, has almost a 2 second delay before it is actually set... i dunno if its only me but shouldn't it say in the spell description that there's a brief delay before the spell becomes active?

EDIT: ive tryed it multiple times to prove it. i set it and when i do people walk over it before almost 2 seconds and they dont get stopped.
