[Gameplay] Victor Upgrade Bug

I bought the first two Hexcores in one purchase session. I clicked on my W twice accidentally. This used up both of my upgrades. When I bought the third core, I was able to upgrade one spell. I couldn't upgrade my ult. I ended the game with just two spells upgraded.

I think the game thought I upgraded two spells when I accidentally clicked the upgrade W in rapid succession.
